Process
DESIGN
First, our team of experts will assist in the architectural process to ensure you're receiving the product that best fits your design, budget, and energy requirements. During this step, we’ll cover topics such as product selection, dimensioning, function, energy and weather requirements, hardware, glazing and finish. We offer 100% customizable products so the sizes, performance, and energy values are all tailored to your project.
SHOP DRAWINGS
Once the design is finalized, our Auto-CAD department will work alongside the architect and builder to create custom shop drawings and details for your property. Here, we’ll take an in-depth dive into the construction documents and work to create precise dimensions and connection details for your project. We’ll also conduct several site visits to ensure our drawings are accurate. Once approved we’ll submit the order for production.
INSTALLATION
Finally, we work with our manufacturer-certified installation partner, On Level Installations, to ensure a meticulous install. When it comes to the brands we carry, no other installation company in the region has more experience than On Level. You deserve peace of mind knowing your investment is being handled by the team with the most expertise. Lastly, we’ll be there for any maintenance or follow-up service that you need.
